Can I return my oven if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 60-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.

What kind of fuel can I use with Ooni ovens?

We offer a range of models that use wood, charcoal, wood pellets, or propane gas. Some of our multi-fuel models allow you to switch between gas and solid fuels for ultimate flexibility.

Do Ooni products come with a warranty?

All Ooni pizza ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty, which can be extended to 3 or 5 years for free when you register your product on our website.

Can I leave my pizza oven outside all year round?
