We want you to love your Ooni experience, which is why we offer a 60-day Great Pizza Guarantee and a straightforward return process for all our pizza ovens and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Oven

  Carefully place your items back into their original Ooni packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
